1 Organic carrot 1 Natural cotton ball 1 Small cheesecloth Grate, blend or juice a carrot. Put the mash or juice in the freezer for 5 minutes. Moisten a cotton ball in the juice, squeeze then place it on the eyes. You can also place the grated carrots in gauze and place it on your eyes. Lie down and relax for 20 minutes. Do it every day and the puffiness will disappear!
