MAMANJOON’S SLEEPY TEA

Ingredients:

for a good nights sleep

10 oz Filtered water 1/2 Medium white cabbage 1⁄2 Pomegranate 1 Medium celery root 1/4 Teaspoon of cinnamon (Ceylonese or Vietnamese) 1/4 Medium fresh ginger (peeled)

Chop cabbage and celery root and boil in filtered water for 15 minutes. Fork test to see the celery root is cooked (soft in the middle). Set aside to cool. When cool add pomegranate and ginger to the liquid, put in a blender. Strain it in a muslin or cloth drink as is. Drink every night one hour prior to bed.
