8 Oz Coconut or almond milk 2 pods of cardamom (pierced) 2 sticks of cinnamon or 2 Teaspoons cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon raw honey 2 cloves
Put the spices in the milk of your choice and let soak for an hour or two. Warm over the heat add your organic raw honey.
