STINGING NETTLE MASK

1/4 Cup stinging nettles 1 Cup warm water 2 Tablespoons full-fat yogurt 1 Tablespoon raw honey
Let stinging nettles sit in a cup of warm water for 20 minutes then mix in the yogurt and honey and apply to the face evenly. Lay down relax for 25 minutes.Wipe o with moist warm cloth, rinse with cold water, pat dry and apply your moisturizer.
