ULCER REMEDY

1 black beetroot (found in Chinese markets)

1 Teaspoon raw honey

Take a black beat, shave out the core so that it resembles a hollow cup. Put a teaspoon of raw honey into the hollow. Leave overnight. In the morning you will see it has filled with juice. Drink that juice on an empty stomach an hour before breakfast. Continue this regimen every morning for 144 days and you will be ulcer free.
