RELIEF OF ACID REFLUX - MORNING SICKNESS

For Acid Reflux & Relief of Morning Sickness for Mothers To Be

4 Slices of organic ginger root 6 leaves of organic mint 1 Teaspoon raw honey or Manuka honey 1/4 Teaspoon ground turmeric 2 peppercorns lemon or lime juice optional

Filtered or distilled water

Place your mint ginger slices with peppercorns in a teapot, bring water to a boil then pour boiling water in a teapot and let it simmer for ten minutes then add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric and teaspoon of raw or manuka honey stir well add your lemon or lime juice ( optional).

Drink upon rising, 30 minutes prior to breakfast and before retiring.

Drink 3 or 4 times a day for relief of morning sickness or acid reflux.
