Charbate Anar (Pomegranates Syrup)

5x large sour pomegranates 5x large sweet pomegranates, 1/2 Ib of sugar or Raw honey
Add juice , and honey , cook on low flame until , the consistency of thick syrup, cool and keep until needed. Pomegranate Syrup will keep, without refrigeration, for a very long time. To serve, dilute one part of syrup in 3 to 6 parts of hot water or cool water in the Summer (to taste).
