CINNAMON TEA
CINNAMON ELIXIR TEA FOR LONGEVITY
Memory, brain function, reduction of blood pressure
2 Tablespoon of organic Cinnamon powder or Cinnamon Sticks
1 Tablespoon of Raw honey
A pinch of Saffron
8 oz cup of Hot filtered water
Mix well and drink morning upon rising, 30 minutes before Breakfast and in the
evening 30 minutes before Bed.
Using cinnamon sticks, Place 2 cinnamon sticks in a teapot and pour boiling water into it. Let it brew for 10 to 15 minutes.
