Sleep Deprevation & Turmeric

Get the ingredients here:
5 Tablespoons of turmeric powder
1 Tablespoon of raw honey
1/4 oz of water
A glass of raw cow or goat milk or almond milk
Put the saucepan on low heat with water and add turmeric, use a wooden spoon to stir until it becomes a paste. Let cool, then store in a glass bowl or mason jar in the fridge.
On daily basis put a teaspoon of turmeric paste in a small saucepan and heat with the milk of choice (preferably raw unpasteurized), then add raw honey.
Drink three or four times a day for detoxing body, to build the Immune system and to get rid of allergies or sinus issues.
