Frozen Lemons

The best way to enjoy & use all the beneficial properties of lemons is to use them frozen.  People usually use just the lemon juice not knowing that the peel is actually very healthy and beneficial. The peel contains  Vitamin C, Vitamin A, beta-carotene, folate, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Lemon peels are health rejuvenators in eradicating toxic elements in the body. 

it is ideal to consume 75 grams (2.65 ounces) of frozen lemon each day. To do this, either use the whole lemon or grate the lemons once they are completely frozen, in order to consume all of them. Immediately you will notice its natural fragrance and you can include them in your dishes to give the aroma and benefits of these magical fruits.
