Many women young and old suffer from night sweats and hot flashes. Different women experience different symptoms, depending mostly on their individual hormonal makeup, diet, and lifestyle. A high percentage of women experience them within the first year or two of menopause.

7 Tablespoons of raw or Manuka honey 
1 Tablespoons licorice root powder
2 Tablespoons turmeric
4 Tablespoons coconut oil
2 Tablespoons fresh cherry juice
1 Teaspoon fresh organic lemon juice

Add turmeric and licorice powder to raw or Manuka honey, mix slowly then add coconut oil, lemon juice, and cherry juice. Mix well and place the mixture in a jar for 24 hours at room temperature. One teaspoon three times a day.
