1 Medium  Size Organic Romaine Lettuce

2 Cups Distilled Water

 Cut lettuce into 3 pieces and place in a small pan with 2 cups of distilled water. Simmer on low heat for 25 minutes. When cool store in a glass bottle in the fridge. Drink a cup every night 30 minutes before bedtime. It will help you sleep soundly until morning!
