Charbate Anar (Pomegranates Syrup)

Its benefits: it is useful for fevers, and cuts the thirst, it benefits bilious fevers and lightens the body gently. Shown to benefit the heart and blood vessels, reversal of atherosclerotic plaque in human studies
Pomegranate (punica granatum) is an original native of Persia. One of the oldest known fruits, named as one of the heavenly fruits.

Also relieve and protect against depression and osteoporosis

5x large sour pomegranates 
5x large sweet pomegranates,
1/2 Ib of sugar 
or Raw honey 

Add juice , and honey , cook on low flame until , the consistency of thick syrup, cool and keep until needed.
Pomegranate Syrup will keep, without refrigeration, for a very long time. To serve, dilute one part of syrup in 3 to 6 parts of hot water or cool water in the Summer (to taste).
